You’ve heard of baked apples, but have you ever tried baked peaches? This fall dessert is a perfect combination of spices and fruit.
You know we love easy recipes around here, and this is just another fantastic one that uses pantry items to create something drool worthy. Baked Peaches are like eating peach cobbler without the crust. Just the sweet delicious juices from the peaches and cinnamon sugar combination.
Baked Peaches can be a stand-alone dessert, or snack, or heck might as well make them for breakfast one day! It’s not the alone way to eat them, though.
My first thought is to add a scoop of ice cream and pretend I’m balancing out my late night snack with fruit. You could also whip up some cream with a little almond extract for a peaches and cream dessert. If you choose to go for these baked peaches in the morning, try them with a bowl of yogurt and granola!
