Now that you have a way to save and earn bonuses back with the Kroger REWARDS Visa Card, let’s talk about this easy recipe that kids will gobble up! I made it all with Kroger Brand products like Simple Truth and Private Selection. I buy the Kroger brand all the time and have never been disappointed with the flavor or the affordable price!
- 2 cup uncooked egg noodles
- 1⁄2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup pepperoni, sliced
- 16 oz pizza sauce
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef with onion, garlic. Drain excess fat. Stir in noodles, pepperoni, pizza sauce, and milk and mix well. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from the oven, top with cheese, and bake for 5 to 10 more minutes until cheese is melted.
This recipe is a fun and interesting way to have a family dinner that everyone will love. I do not know a child who does not love pasta, pepperoni and cheese! So this is a winner all around.
