These Teriyaki Chicken Sandwiches are a Must for Lunch Boxes Everywhere
Ingredients
  • 2 King’s Hawaiian Mini Sub Rolls
  • shredded chicken
  • teriyaki sauce (I used jarred but you can make your own)
  • Swiss cheese (optional)
  • mayo
  • Slow cooker chicken
  • Add 4 chicken breasts and a cup of water in the slow cooker. Cook on high 4 hours. Shred chicken. Add about ¾ - 1 cup of jarred teriyaki sauce and then use to top sandwiches. Refrigerate leftovers. Heat up a little at a time for your sandwich.
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add enough chicken for 2 King’s Hawaiian Mini Sub Rolls and then a few TBSP or so of teriyaki sauce. It really is to taste. Heat chicken in microwave for about 30 - 40 seconds.
  2. Top King’s Hawaiian Mini Sub Rolls with the chicken. Add piece of cheese. On the top of the sub add mayo.
  3. Fold up in tin foil so that your child opens up a warm, delicious sammy at lunch!
