Easy Sticky Pull-Apart Bread

These Sticky Pull-Apart Breads are fun and easy for kids!
Ingredients
  • 1 TBSP butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 TBSP light corn syrup
  • 2 TBSP light brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP finely chopped pecans
  • Rolls
  • 2 cans frozen buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 TBSP granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with foil; set aside. Spray ramekins with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix topping ingredients; divide evenly between custard cups.
  2. Place biscuits on microwavable plate. Microwave uncovered on Medium (50%) 50 to 60 seconds, turning over halfway through microwave time. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
  3. In quart-size resealable freezer plastic bag, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon; add biscuit pieces. Shake pieces in sugar mixture. Evenly divide biscuit pieces between ramekins on top of pecan mixture. Place cupcake cups on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown; cool 1 minute. Turn upside down onto serving plates; remove ramekins. Serve warm.
