5 minute Paleo Coffee Cup Cake

- 3 tbsp Coconut Four
- 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Raw Honey
- 2.5 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 tbsp Almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free, Diary Free Chocolate Chips (optional)
- This is the easiest and quickest dessert ever made! If your ever in the need for a quick sweet treat give this one a try.
- Melt butter in a microwavable bowl.
- Pour into a large coffee cup.
- Add the remaining ingredients in the coffee cup. Mix well with fork. You can mix in a mixing bowl with a mixer if desired.
- Once it is all mixed well pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Let is sit for a couple of minutes allowing it to cool down...it will be hot!
- Serve by it self or with any ice cream of choice. I prefer vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream.
