These Whole30 Meatballs are delicious and flavorful
Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb lean ground sausage
1 egg
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp ground garlic powder
1 tbsp ground onion powder
Salt and pepper
1 Jar Cucina Antica Puttanesca Cooking Sauce
hoagie rolls
Instructions
In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients. Roll mixture into balls and bake at 350 for about 25- 30 minutes, keeping an eye on them. Once done, transfer to a skillet and top with Cucina Antica Puttanesca Cooking Sauce. Let cook until reduced a little, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat hoagie rolls to warm in oven. Slice open and stuff in meatballs. Top with sauce and more Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
