Granola Banana Bread Recipe

This Granola Banana Bread is warm with a delicious hint of crunch and chocolate!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tspn vanilla
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • ½ c chopped walnuts
  • 1 tspn baking powder
  • 1 tspn baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 c of Back to Nature Chocolate Delight Granola
  • ½ c banana chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease a loaf pan with spray. In a bowl, mix together sugar, eggs and oil. Add yogurt and vanilla, mix and add bananas and walnuts. Combine flour with baking powder and baking soda. Stir into banana mixture. Last, but not least, stir in the Back to Nature Chocolate Delight granola and crushed up banana chips.
  2. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool on a rack. Slice and serve!
