Dice the cucumber finely. I did not dry or drain it as I wanted this to be a dippable sauce as opposed to a spreadable one. Grate the cucumber and add it to a bowl with Greek Yogurt. Add the garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper and blend well. Chill and serve.
