Cowboy Caviar Recipe

Make Cowboy Caviar and watch as guests devour it!
Ingredients
  • 2 15 oz cans black eyed peas, drained
  • 1 11 oz shoepeg corn, drained
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 green onion stalks, chopped finely
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 1 tspn pepper
  • 2 tspn cumin
Instructions
  1. Throw all of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and store in the fridge for at least 2 -3 hours. Can be stored longer. The longer is sits, the more the flavors marry. Serve with scoopable chips!
