This Holiday Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pie with a Cinnamon Roll Crust is decadent and delicious!
Ingredients
  • Flour
  • Pie Crust
  • 1 can Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 egg (for eggwash)
  • Filling
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1½ Tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Store bought Whipped Cream
  • Pillsbury Holiday Pre-Cut Sugar Cookies
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to the instruction on the Pillsbury Sugar Cookies package. Bake and set aside and then set the oven to 350. On a cutting board, spread out some flour. Open the can of Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls and pull them apart. Take one roll and flour the top. Using a rolling pin, roll them into a thin layer. Roll them up into a rube and slice. Spray your pie pan and, in the sprayed pan, press the small swirls into the pan. Continue until the pie pan is covered and up the sides. Take a piece of parchment paper and press it into the crust. Fill with beans and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the beans and paper and bake another 10 minutes. This helps keep the crust from rising too much!
  2. While the crust cools, work on the filling.
  3. In a mixer, blend brown sugar and butter until creamy. Stir in milk, vanilla extract and salt. Gradually beat in flour. Mix in chocolate chips. Once that is done, gently press the dough into the cooled pie crust. Top with whipped cream, then make whipped cream clouds and top with the Pillsbury Holiday Sugar Cookies!
