This Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe is made more delicious with La Moderna Pasta
Ingredients
1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups carrots, peeled and chopped
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 stalks celery, chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon dried thyme
1 bay leaf
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cups La Moderna Rotini Pasta
Instructions
Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the uncooked chicken breast to the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with the carrots, celery, onion, thyme, bay leaf and garlic. Add 6 cups of chicken broth and cook on low for 7 hours. 30 minutes before serving, add the La Moderna Rotini and a cup of water. Serve as soon as the noodles are done! Salt and pepper to taste on the way out.
