Ingredients
Pizza bread or flat Artesian bread.
Olive OIl to brush
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
Arugula and Spinach mix
POM POMS Fresh Arils
Instructions
Set the oven to 350 degrees. Brush the pizza dough with the olive oil and set aside. Shred the chicken and the cheese. On the bread, add the cheese, top with the chicken and the Arugula mix. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is brown around the edge. Pull out and top with POM POMS Fresh Arils for a burst of flavor!
