Make these simple bath bombs in K-cups® for a pretty mold and the perfect size!
Ingredients
  • 4 -6 K-Cup pods, emptied and rinsed out.
  • Sprinkles
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • ¼ cup cream of tartar
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • ½ cup salt (I like Epson salt)
  • 2 teaspoons essential oil (I used Lavender)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (any type of moisturizing vegetable oil, such as sweet almond oil, coconut oil, or olive oil)
  • 1 or 2 drops of food coloring
  • Spray bottle with water
Instructions
  1. Peel the tops of the K-Cups® and pull out the netting inside. Rinse the K-Cup® well and set aside. When all are done, add sprinkles to the bottom of the K-Cup®. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together: baking soda, cream of tarter, cornstarch and salt.
  3. In another bowl mix the essential oil, oil of your choice and food coloring together. Pour the wet ingredients in with the dry and mix well. Use the water bottle to spray moisture slowly until you get the consistency of dried sand that you can mold.
  4. With a spoon, fill the K-Cups® to the top and pack down. Set aside and let dry overnight.
  5. When you are ready to remove, turn the K-Cup® upside down and gently squeeze the sides until the Bath bomb pops out.
