Goldfish Crackers Marshmallow Bars Recipe

These Goldfish Crackers Marshmallow Bars are a great after school snack. Salty and sweet that everyone loves!
Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows
  • Bag of Goldfish crackers Mix Chocolate Mint & Pretzel (about 3 cups)
  • 2 cups Goldfish crackers Cheddar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 sections of chocolate almond bark
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in the microwave. Add the marshmallows and coat. Put the mixture back in the microwave for a minute and a half. Quickly add all of the Goldfish crackers, a little at a time. Coat them well and let cool for just a minute. Add in the chocolate chips (they will melt), mix well. Pour the mixture into a well greased pan and let sit until the mixture is set.
  2. Once set well where they can be cut, remove them from the pan. In a small bowl or on a deep plate, melt the white chocolate 20 seconds at a time, stirring in between. Dip the bottom of the Goldfish crackers Marshmallow Bars into the chocolate and set to dry on parchment paper.
