Easy Mini Valentine Bundt Cakes

Make these Mini Valentine Bundt Cakes for everyone you love and appreciate!
Ingredients
  • 1 box cake mix
  • ⅓ cup applesauce
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • 1 cup M&M's® Strawberry
  • Store bought cookie icing
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray a mini Bundt pan lavishly. Mix the ingredients, except the cookie icing, in a bowl. Add the cup of M&M's® Strawberry at the end, crushed or whole. Blend. Add mixture to mini Bundt cake molds. Bake 14 – 17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Use the cookie icing to ice, adding a dollop in the middle. Add M&M's® Strawberry to the top to decorate!
