Enjoy this Slow Cooker Coca Cola Chicken recipe with friends!
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breast, or a whole chicken (but be ready to shred) or 2 pounds sliced or diced chicken
1 cup ketchup
½ onion, diced
1 cup of Coca Cola
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on high about 4 hours or until easily cut. Dice or shred. Add to chips, top with cheese, tomatoes and guacamole!
