This Fast Cheesy Bacon Rice is delicious and a favorite all around.
Ingredients
2 Cups of MinuteĀ® Rice., prepared
½ cup sour cream
½ cup chopped green onions
4 ounces green chilies
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
2 tbsp bacon bits
1 teaspoon zesty Italian seasoning - or spicy seasoning
salt to taste
Parmesan cheese, amount per preference
Instructions
Make the rice. In the 5 minutes that takes, toss everything else but the Parmesan cheese into the bowl you will bake in. Add cooked rice. Top with Parmesan. Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Serve
