Banana Fruit Bars with Soom Pure Sesame Butter

  • 3 Cups Quick Oats
  • 1 Cup Soom Sesame Butter
  • 1 Cup Banana Chips, dried
  • 1 Large Banana, Sliced
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ¾ Cup Applesauce
  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Mash the banana and add sesame butter, oats, banana chips, cinnamon,egg white, vanilla, honey and applesauce.
  3. Continue to blend well until the "dough" is in a ball.
  4. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to ¼ inch thick and cut into bars using a knife.
  5. Place each bar on a wax paper lined cookie sheet, sprayed with non-stick oil.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until edges become golden brown.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Store in individual baggies for quick snack on the go!
