Banana Fruit Bars with Soom Pure Sesame Butter

- 3 Cups Quick Oats
- 1 Cup Soom Sesame Butter
- 1 Cup Banana Chips, dried
- 1 Large Banana, Sliced
- ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- ¼ Cup Honey
- ¾ Cup Applesauce
- Heat oven to 325 degrees
- Mash the banana and add sesame butter, oats, banana chips, cinnamon,egg white, vanilla, honey and applesauce.
- Continue to blend well until the "dough" is in a ball.
- Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to ¼ inch thick and cut into bars using a knife.
- Place each bar on a wax paper lined cookie sheet, sprayed with non-stick oil.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until edges become golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Store in individual baggies for quick snack on the go!
