Red, White and Blue Cupcakes are festive for any occasion
Ingredients
1 Box White Cake Mix
3 Eggs
Oil (read box instructions)
1 packet Blue Raspberry Kool-Aid
1 packet Cherry Kool-Aid
1 can white icing
Instructions
Mix cake as directed on the package. Separate batter into three bowls. Add ¼ packet of Blue Raspberry Kool-Aid to one and ¼ Cherry to another. Leave one bowl white. You can add a smidgen of sugar to the Blue Raspberry to tone down the flavor for taste. Scoop a spoon of red, a spoon of white and a spoon of blue into cupcake liners. Bake as directed.
Separate the white icing into three bowls. Add the Kool-Aid packets to the red and blue bowls to taste and mix well.
