Making REESE'S Mini Bundt Cakes is fun and easy and a wonderful Easter treat!
Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix
- eggs
- vegetable oil
Non-stick vegetable spray
4 REESE'S Peanut Butter Eggs, diced
White melting chocolate
Green Food Coloring
CADBURY MINI EGGS Candy, Speckled
Instructions
Bake the cake according to instructions. Add in diced REESE'S Peanut Butter eggs to batter. Fill your mini bundt pan with batter. Cook according to the box instructions. Pull out and use a serrated knife to cut off any 'dome' laying them flat. Let cool. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate in microwave safe bowl 30 seconds at a time. Add green food coloring. Use piping bag or baggie with a corner cut off, and decorate the bundt cake almost like a flower. Add three CADBURY MINI EGGS to the top.
