1 Stick of salted butter, softened to room temperature
2 Cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ tsp. root beer concentrate
1-2 T Milk (depending on desired consistency)
Instructions
Cream the butter and sugar together until well blended.
Add the vanilla, and root beer concentrate and mix well.
Add 1-2 T of Milk to desired frosting consistency. More milk will give you a softer consistency of frosting. If you have added too much milk, just add more confectioners sugar to stiffen the icing.
