- Cooking Spray
- 1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
- 1½ Cup of Almond or Whole Milk
- 2½ Cups Water
- 1 Cup chopped apples and pears
- I Tablespoon of real Maple Syrup
- 6-7 Drops of Liquid Vanilla Stevia
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- Nuts, Cranberries or Raisins to Garnish
- Spray the crock pot well with the cooking spray. Add all ingredients, cook on low for 5-6 hours. Garnish and Serve
