Mix the sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch in a pot. Slowly stir in the chocolate milk while bringing the mixture to a boil. Stir/ wisk throughout until pudding thickens. In another bowl that can sustain heat, scramble the egg. Slowly pour the hot pudding mixture in while continuing to wisk. Add the chocolate chips and stir until they are melted. Place a piece of waxed paper over the bowl and put in the fridge for about an hour or so. Pull out and add to shot glasses or ramekins and garnish to impress!
