Disney/Pixar’s FINDING DORY to Dive into Theaters November 25, 2015

There is no doubt that a couple generations are going to be excited about this release!  A film to satisfy our quench for MORE NEMO!

That lovable little fish is at it again with his pal Dory in this sequel to Finding Nemo, FINDING DORY.  I can just feel the excitement of knowing it is in the works and can’t wait to see the wonderful new story that Disney Pixar brings to our homes this time!

 ABOUT THE MOVIE

Director and Pixar veteran Andrew Stanton takes audiences back to the extraordinary underwater world created in the original film. “There is no Dory without Ellen,” said Stanton. “She won the hearts of moviegoers all over the world—not to mention our team here at Pixar. One thing we couldn’t stop thinking about was why she was all alone in the ocean on the day she met Marlin. In ‘Finding Dory,’ she will be reunited with her loved ones, learning a few things about the meaning of family along the way.”

 

According to Stanton, “Finding Dory” takes place about a year after the first film, and features returning favorites Marlin, Nemo and the Tank Gang, among others. Set in part along the California coastline, the story also welcomes a host of new characters, including a few who will prove to be a very important part of Dory’s life.

“I have waited for this day for a long, long, long, long, long, long time,” said DeGeneres. “I’m not mad it took this long. I know the people at Pixar were busy creating ‘Toy Story 16.’ But the time they took was worth it. The script is fantastic. And it has everything I loved about the first one: It’s got a lot of heart, it’s really funny, and the best part is—it’s got a lot more Dory.”

Monster’s University is COMING to Theaters June 1

Oh I am SO excited that the Monster’s, Inc. crew is coming back to entertain and make me laugh in theaters on June 1, 2013 in Monster’s University!

Ever since college-bound Mike Wazowski (voice of Billy Crystal) was a little monster, he has dreamed of becoming a Scarer—and he knows better than anyone that the best Scarers come from Monsters University (MU). But during his first semester at MU, Mike’s plans are derailed when he crosses paths with hotshot James P. Sullivan, “Sulley” (voice of John Goodman), a natural-born Scarer. 

The pair’s out-of-control competitive spirit gets them both kicked out of the University’s elite Scare Program. To make matters worse, they realize they will have to work together, along with an odd bunch of misfit monsters, if they ever hope to make things right. Screaming with laughter and oozing with heart, Disney•Pixar’s “Monsters University” is directed by Dan Scanlon (“Cars,” “Mater and the Ghostlight,” “Tracy”), produced by Kori Rae (“Up,” “The Incredibles,” “Monsters, Inc.”) and features music from future Rock-and-Roll-Hall-of-Fame–inductee and award winning composer Randy Newman (“Monsters, Inc.,” “Toy Story 3”).

Finding Nemo is 3D is Coming September 14, 2012

Oh the anticipation this one has for me is HUGE!  When Sarah was 2 we watched it over and over and over again!  She LOVES Finding Nemo and we wore out our copy!  So the fact that it is coming back, in 3D no doubt, will be major for our family!

The movie hits the big screen September 12, 2012 and then will be released on Blu Ray just in time for the perfect stocking stuffer, December 4, 2012!

“Finding Nemo,” first released in theaters in 2003, earned the Oscar® for Best Animated Feature Film and remains the fifth highest grossing animated film worldwide. In 2008, the American Film Institute named “Finding Nemo” among the top 10 greatest animated films ever made, and it is the second highest grossing Pixar film to date (behind “Toy Story 3”).

We all know the story of Nemo, right?  The little fish who had a big adventure and met a ton of great friends along the way!  With Dory (voiced by Ellen DeGeneres), Marlin (voiced by Albert Brooks) and more, the tale is enchanting and fun!

Everyone should own a copy of Finding Nemo!  And I, personally, can not wait to go see it in 3D in theaters!
