I live in Texas. That means football on Sunday, campfires on the weekend and BBQ all the time. I love to grill out and though we never have snow, there is something awesome about standing out, seeing my own breath as I chat and watching the burgers grill. It’s soothing, almost. With the Big Game around the corner, I am testing out recipes and searching for BBQ flavor on everything!
