This is a guest collaboration with Adelina Priddis from Home Maid Simple and Shabby Apple. I received free product, however, all opinions remain my own.

I have been admiring Shabby Apple clothing for a long time now. When Lori offered me the chance to try an item in conjunction with a giveaway for you all, I had to jump on it! This would be my chance to see if Shabby Apple Clothing would be right for me.
When my Meko Skirt came, we were having very spring like weather. When the weather gets nice, my little prince and I like to head out to a local paved trail that helps us feel like we’re out of the city. The sun may have been shining, but it was still a chilly day. I paired Shabby Apple’s Meko Skirt with my favorite boots and an Aran Sweater.
Dressing up to go out with the little prince was a lot of fun. As a work from home mom, we spend a lot of our time indoors in maybe some too comfy clothes most days. You can see his smile radiating the joy of getting to head outdoors.
On our way, I spotted my oldest’s colorful bead necklace. I knew she wouldn’t mind if I borrowed it for the day as long as I put it back. The colors matched the Meko Skirt perfectly! Little Prince thought he needed some color too, so I let him borrow it for a bit. When he wanted to head down to the pond and look for fish, I had to ask for it back.
Do you ever date your kids? This may not have been an official date-date, but I got dressed up and we did something together we don’t normally do. By definition, that classifies as a date right?
Where would you wear Shabby Apple? One lucky reader will win a $50 Gift Card to Shabby Apple.
