After our 9lb baby boy, I thought we were done. The babies continued to get bigger, and I was exhausted! So after a 4-year gap when we found out I was expecting baby number 5, I had already gotten rid of everything pregnancy and baby related.
I kind of ho-hummed about going out to buy maternity clothes again, thinking surely I could get away with my stretchy mom pants! After all, this surely had to be our last…right? Then, I heard of Swap.com. The company opened in 2013 as an online consignment destination for pre-owned maternity and baby clothes. I started browsing their site, and wth my ever growing belly, realized I could actually afford these clothes both financially and mentally. Plus, isn’t that Three Seasons Maternity Dress just gorgeous?!
There are so many options to find and browse through on Swap.com! I was a little overwhelmed at first, but once the filtering options were found it became easier to browse. Depending on what you’re looking for you can browse by Type, Size, Brand, Season, Colors, Condition, and Price! It is shopping heaven for those who get frustrated when out shopping the brick and mortar.
There are literally thousands of items to browse through, you’re sure to find something you love. In addition to the Three Seasons Maternity dress, I also bought 2 pairs of maternity pants, a cute shirt, a jacket for the changing weather, and even a Prenatal Yoga DVD! It’s my small attempt at still being physically active through this pregnancy.
Not looking to replace an old or thrown out maternity wardrobe? That’s OK because Swap.com has extended to include kids, mens, womens, toys, games, books, and movies! So if you just have a hankering for shopping, but are on a tight budget, Swap.com is the place for you!
