I squealed with delight when I opened my package from Fiber One this week. Not only did I get to try their new Cheesecake Bar flavors – Key Lime and Chocolate – but I also got the best bag ever! Love and some cheesecake is all you need to have a happy life. A nice slice of cheesecake almost always lifts my spirits on a bad day. The only problem is cheesecake is not the greatest for my hips.

Fiber One Cheesecake, however. Now that is a different story. One bar satisfies my cheesecake craving, without feeling the desire to go back for more all day long. The added bonus to my favorite dessert is that I also get a good dose of my daily fiber.

Made with real cream cheese, and a layer of graham cracker goodness, if you love cheesecake, you’ll probably love Fiber One Cheesecake too. Out of the two new flavors, Key Lime won out in the favorite category here. The adults found the chocolate a tad dry, but the kids preferred it over the tartness from the Key Lime.
