I love giving fun and creative gifts during the holiday season. Starting early is the key to always having something amazing to hand out and making something simple and easy is the key to making sure you will actually do it! My Easy Pear Vodka Recipe solves both problems. If you start now, you can create this and my Homemade Vanilla Recipe and have some unique gifts to hand out this year.

The hardest part of this recipe is finding the perfect jars. I use small Ball jars that I get at the store, craft store or online. They seal tightly to keep the air out and are pretty to display as well!

The next part is to head to the store to pick up your pears. I used regular old green pears. They are softer and seem to seep their flavor into the Vodka better. Do not cut them up,  just put the pear in whole. Make sure the Vodka you use is really good quality for the best flavor, too.

Just put the pear in the jar, fill it with high quality vodka, seal it and you are done!

Sit the sealed jar on your window seal for 30 days and it is ready! Now it is time to decorate it for your friends!

Since the Pear Vodka has a brownish color, I added a silk brown ribbon and was done! But you can add any decoration to the bottle and it will be a lovely gift. For very little money too!

Hot glue some fun fall decorations to the lid to make this a permanent display piece. Or deliver it in a beautiful fall themed bag. However you deliver it, simply or with flair, it is the gift that will impress all year long!
