doTerra Essential Natural Oils

Sometimes getting healthier solutions to health and beauty issues you have is just knowing what products work.  There is so much on the market that it is hard to know.

I was just introduced to doTerra Essential Natural Oils recently and I have to say, I am a little surprised that I like it.  I am not an ‘all natural’,  must be organic, kind of lady.  But I also have a hard time taking a lot of medications.  I like topical solutions for me and my kids if they work.

doTerra Breathe

doTerra are essential oils designed to help combat health issue.  Respiratory health, anxiety and depression and arthritis and headaches are just a small sampling of some of the conditions that they have been proven to help with.

You can see the entire line of products and what they are designed to do on the doTerra website.

I received a bottle of the Breathe Essential Oil a few weeks ago.  It is designed to help with Allergies, Bronchitis, Cough, Flu, Sinus Infections and so much more.  You put it on your chest, back or bottom of your feet and you can diffuse it near your bed for a more restful sleep.

Now, since I have had it, I have not had a cold or cough.  But I am a terrible sleeper.  So I opened the bottle and put it by my bedside.  I have to say, I do love the scent.  That clean aroma of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, lemon and more waft through the air gently.  I inhale deeply which probably has aided me in falling asleep faster these days.  I like it.  Surprisingly!

doTerra Breathe Oil

I am looking forward to trying the next months oils as I continue to be a doTerra blogger!

I am going to assume you meant to ask about the oils vs the cutter products that are from another giveaway. I am really curious about the oils. One of the Girl Scout moms was telling me all about oils and how much she believes in what they do. I’d like to try for myself.

  6. Jill A. Collins says

I’m thinking you wanted to know about the oils and not the Cutter products? Anyway, I would love to try some of the Deep Blue. I am a professional massage therapist, so this would be right up my alley!

We will probably go camping this summer. I love doTerra and lemon is by far my favorite essential oil.

We go to Maine every summer and stay on a lake which has tons of Mosquitoes, so I’d love the Cutter Unscented Insect Repellent to use there.

Hoping to do some hiking soon :) and I am confused as well as to which question you meant to ask but I’m going to pick the oil side and say I would most like to try the past tense. I would really love to see if it helps with my shoulders and tension headaches.
