Country Crock Makes My Casseroles Delicious + the ‘Country Crock Stars’ Contest #CountryCrockStars

There is nothing easier to me than throwing a bunch of stuff in one casserole dish and cooking it up for dinner. Casseroles – at least in my house – come in all shapes and flavors. From chicken and rice to beef and noodles to veggies, cheese and yumminess!

But one thing I ALWAYS have in my house that gives any casserole I make that extra layer of delicious flavor is Country Crock Spread. In fact, I use Country Crock for everything from buttering bread to casseroles to delicious baking recipes. It spreads easily, has amazing flavor and never lets me down!

And casseroles are PERFECT in a pinch. One of my favorite ways to ‘cheat’ on casseroles is to add a can of cream of mushroom or celery to some noodles and chicken, add a little water so everything cooks well, top with some cheese and bread crumbs towards the end and bake (I used a prepackaged mix with bacon bits… yum yum)! It is so delicious and my kids LOVE it. Plus it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare.

The other night, we had tumbling so I needed something FAST! I created my masterpiece, being sure to use creamy and flavorful Country Crock instead of butter, and we all ate really well in no time. All I do is mix my ingredients, add salt and pepper and then dab the top with Country Crock!

About 5 minutes before the casserole is done, I add breadcrumbs and cheese! Easy, delicious and a family favorite for sure!

Country Crock thinks that the cooks of America are casserole crazy too! So they have baked up a contest just for those of us who understand the magic of one dish cooking!

Ahhhhhhhh………….

Just put the bottle of Purex Natural Elements with Dirt Lifter to your nose and inhale. The sweet tropical aroma will have you stripping every sheet and rewashing every clean towel in the house just so you can enjoy the scent.

But, truly, laundry detergent can smell as good as it wants to. If it does not work, there is no point.

So, as I always do – even though I already know Purex works, no matter what the scent or formula – I did some laundry. There is no shortage here so it was easy to gather a load that had a myriad of issues. Chocolate milk spills, stuck on Easter candy and so on. I threw it all in the washer, inhaled one more time, and let that sucker spin.

Out of the washer and into the dryer and I was returned slightly scented laundry that was soft, stain free and clean. Just as I suspected it was. And I love the hint of tropical scent that still lingers as my kids and I get dressed!
