I think, at some point, every little girl dreams of being a ballerina.  I still do and I am 40.  At 5′ 2″ and would probably not be all that elegant to lift in a show.  So I’ll live vicariously through my daughters, who, after seeing the wonderful movie, Barbie in the Pink Shoes on Two-Disc Combo Pack, are dancing their way to the stage!

This movie is so much fun!  I have to say, I love the Barbie franchise all together, but these movies showing my daughters favorite friends pursuing their dreams and working together to be positive just make me happy!

Your girls- and maybe boys too – can dance their way into a magical adventure with Barbie and her friends. All they did was try on some sparkling pink shoes and they were wisked away to a ballet world of fantasy and adventure.  As they attempt to dance their way to the defeat of the evil Snow Queen, they learn that the best dancing is from the heart and when you honor that, dreams can come true!

I love that they perform with the legendary Giselle and Swan Lake ballets.  My daughters want to go see these ballets now and I love that they are getting an appreciation for the arts, as well as learning valuable life lessons.

To enhance my daughter’s love and new found fun in the, DVD, Barbie has the main characters in fun dolls on shelves now to compliment the movie!

Barbie in the Pink Shoes Transforming Ballerina Kristyn Doll and Ken as Prince Siegfried Dolls are helping my girls act out the ballet that they saw on the DVD and bring them closer to feeling like they are part of the show!
