Early last year I introduced my kids to Copy-Kids, a DVD that helps encourage kids to eat fruits and vegetables by showing other kids eating them. It seems like a simple idea and I was literally amazed that it worked so easily on my kids. In fact, ask anyone, my 3 year old STILL prefers raw broccoli as a snack over anything else! I pull it out every once in a while when I feel like they are not eating enough and just let it run in the background of play.
