Following the life of a professional crisis manager and her, somewhat, dysfunctional staff, a story emerges that is tantalizing and addictive.

Olivia Pope has dedicated her life to protecting and defending the public images of the politically elite. Unfortunately, after trying to leave the political world behind to open her own firm, she finds out that her staff and their scandalous choices need her more than ever.

Kerry Washington keeps the character real and acts with passion and the ensemble blends into a somewhat believable reality that is entertaining and interesting to watch.
