That is a lot of great stuff for only $18! The primary theme for this box was to cleanse. May’s box (worth over $100) was about hydration and working out and getting ready for summer (it even included a sports bra!). The June box just came out with the focus on (RED), the charity that is trying to deliver an Aids free nation by 2015 in Africa. The box is worth over $80!
I have to say, I love this idea and I love that monthly I get something new. Popular health items, like Flax Seed, are carefully selected and shipped all in one box!

As I made it through the box, I was impressed time and time again with what everything had to offer. I love the Power Yoga DVD! It is a great start for someone who wants to learn and burn! And I am shopping for my Organic Yoga Clothes with my $25 gift card to Hyde!
