Preschool ended yesterday for my two oldest girls. That means I am on the mad dash to find fun and exciting things for them to do all day!
With three little girls, I really like finding things that are fun, indoors – we live in Texas after all, and entertaining enough to keep their attention for long spans of time… 5 minutes.
If I can find something that also gets them off of their keysters that I am even more excited about it!

This fun and exciting DVD takes my girls on whimsical adventures through imitating animals while they help save the planet! They are unaware, I think, that they are actually exercising through the whole adventure! Fixated on the story, they do the moves with much more ease than I would have thought and then ask for more!
Storyland Yoga was created by a mom who wanted to expose her children to the ancient art of Yoga while still providing an attention grabbing, fun product. She definitely achieved her goal!
Yoga is beneficial to kids and adults alike! It is good for the mind and body, increases oxygen intake, and improves concentration and focus. Something my rambunctious four year old really needs! It also aids circulation, energy-flow, and increases flexibility and mobility of the joints.
All good reasons to introduce yoga early and often in your child’s life!
I really do love this kids yoga DVD and think that it is a wonderful addition to any exercise collection!
